This year, we have moved to the Brno Exhibition Centre, the Conference will take place in the hall G2. The venue is only a few minutes away from the city centre. The address is:

• If you come by car, you can try your luck and park in one of the neighbouring streets, or you can take advantage of a large parking house located just outside the Brno Exhibition Centre.
• If you chose public transport, there is a station called Výstaviště - vstup G2 located right next to the entrance to the hall G2 at Brno Exhibition Centre. You can get there by tramway number 1.
• If you are coming from far, you can take advantage of direct flights into the Brno Airport from London Stansted and Munich. If you do not have the option to take a direct flight, you will most likely want to fly to Prague and then take a train or a bus to Brno. Another good choice is to land in Vienna or Bratislava. You can get to the Conference the fastest from Bratislava. All the cities are connected with wide selection of buses and trains.

You will be able to pick up your badge either at the Welcome party if you have bought the Standard or Premium ticket, or in the hall G2 at the Brno Exhibition Centre when you arrive to the Conference. You can do it at any time, there are no specific registration hours. Badges will not be mailed and cannot be picked up earlier.

Full badge means that it will be personalised with all your credentials - your full name, the name of your company and your position in that company. If you get the Student Pass, you will only be able to put your school and field of study on your badge.

They are, however if you find yourself unable to come, you can always resell your ticket and change the credentials including the email. Please contact us at info@game-access.com if you wish to do so.

Matchmaking is a system through which you can contact and set up meetings with other attendees of the Conference. Seamlessly.

Coffee breaks are there for you to relax and mingle. To make it more enjoyable for you, there will not only be coffee available, but also soft drinks, fruits and other snacks including sandwiches.

Very! The venues themselves will be amazing, but they will be only a background for your pure joy. You can look forward to beautiful hostesses, free drinks and snacks, live music, shishas and much more! The main party will be thematic and it will draw you into an amazing night.

Student pass can be bought only by full-time students. This needs to be verified by a valid ISIC card or confirmation by the school itself. Please, after you purchase this ticket, send us an email with the scan of your valid ISIC or confirmation from your school no older than 3 months. If a Student ticket owner will not be verified as a full-time student, his ticket will be invalid.

The price of the Student ticket is symbolic and does not cover the associated costs. This is our way to support young talent working hard on their education and to help move the gaming industry forward.
