Meetings are an essential part of every conference. Forget long searches for contacts and hoping they are up to date. Use our matchmaking system and set up your meetings in a matter of seconds!

The matchmaking system will have two distinctive types of users depending on the Conference tickets type bought. Check out what will you get with your ticket!

  • Have a full meeting profile (name, company, position, field of business, custom editable field)
  • Add a company profile (company name, logo and custom editable field)
  • Browse all attendees (sorted by company or position)
  • See availability of attendees in their profile
  • Set any selected times as busy in your profile
  • Send meeting invites to other attendees
  • Accept or decline meeting invites from other attendees
  • Cancel already planned meetings
  • Choose the time and place of the meeting
  • Send a text message along with the invite
  • Receive e-mail alerts about received invites and confirmed or cancelled meeting
